K's Place - 3 Bed 2 Bath Estate

Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, in a quiet neighborhood - Only 5 minutes from Walmart, Publix, Mapco, Subway, Dollar General and USPS. High-speed Wifi is provided complimentary. There is a television in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room. Cable TV is not included, but feel free to log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and/or Apple TV accounts to stream during your stay. A temporary code will be provided for the locks and security system upon guest arrival for self check-in. The garage is accessible to only one (1) vehicle - I use it as my personal storage, so I only ask that you do not touch or move any of the items in the garage. I will leave the door opener on the bar counter top for you upon arrival. You can leave it in the same place when you check-out. The backyard is accessible for you to exercise, do yoga, cardio, etc. There's also a charcoal grill for you to smoke some ribs, or grill a steak. I will stay out of your way while you are a guest in my house - your privacy is top priority! I will however be available to communicate 24/7 via the app. I (or one of my co-hosts) will stop by ONLY if you request assistance with an issue. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The residents are very friendly, and won't be a bother at all. If you enjoy a night sky lit up by natural moonlight, this is a space you won't soon forget! Getting around the community is very simple. There a several conveniences nearby: grocery shopping, gasoline, food, etc. I'll leave a info packet on the bar counter for you with a list of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and convenience stores which are all with 5-7 mins driving time from the house.
