We have beautiful, spacious vacation homes for your family and friends to enjoy for a vacation, family reunion, hunting trip or just some time to getaway from it all. The spring fed cool and refreshing Frio River is great for kayaking, tubing, swimming, fishing, or just hanging out with friends and family. Nearby restaurants, stores, antique shops and museums are fun to explore too. During hunting and fishing season, our Frio River vacation homes are perfect to accommodate large or small groups. Our smoke-free Split-level home is located on two private acres with river frontage in a quiet subdivision. Pets are welcome. This house has a private yard, the river frontage is shared with House #2 (VRBO Property ID 2218531. Plenty of room for yard games! Home is fully furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen. You will need to bring, sheets, pillowcases, towels, & dish cloths. We provide plastic trash bags, dish washing soap, anti-bacterial pump liquid soap, salt & pepper, and coffee filters.
