Second floor offers an additional en-suite master bedroom (1 queen bed) with a private porch.... absoutley beatutiful views! 2 other bedrooms (twins in each) with connecting balconies and a full bathroom finish out the 2nd floor. *Un-connected finished lower level- ***must walk outside to access lower level*** includes 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in 1 bedroom, 3 twins in the other), a full bath with slate shower, an open living space with TV and a kitchenette. Office area and fooze-ball table finish the lower level...this home is really perfect for all your needs. Lots of privacy for everyone! Outdoor shower, and plenty of sitting areas. Room for everyone!! Block Island is accessible by air or ferry only. Car reservations book on the ferry as far as a year in advance. Please call Interstate Navigation as soon as possible for booking your car reservations. House is rented by the week (Friday to friday) in peak season and 3 night minimum in the off season. Small cars may have difficulty. **Noise complaints & parties will result in immediate eviction without refund. Also, no smoking allowed. Additional charges for ionization & cleaning will be charged if evidence &/or smell of smoking. **We do NOT offer refunds for cancellations**
