Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties. At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected. Welcome to the ABOVE Luxury Ranch Estate! This property boasts a relaxed and luxury charm that is inviting and private. You can enjoy the best of Texas ranch living in only just a few miles from the city. The friendly front porch should be a place you return to enjoy the rocking chairs or the overside daybed swing, but be sure to head inside where rustic meets luxury. The large family room boasts a ranch-style windmill repurposed as a ceiling fan. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is ready for anything you wish to cook for your guests, or better yet let us call in a Chef to cook for you while you enjoy for stay. The media room features a tv, large sectional and game table. Through the music room is the home gym that has all you could want to stick with your exercise regimen. Outside is a full dining and lounge area with ping pong, cornhole and an outdoor shower nearby. The pool overlooks the private greenbelt area beyond with another covered seating area by the hot tub. Be sure to check out the owner’s home garden where you are welcome to harvest some treats. At the back of the property is a field for games, tossing the football, etc. We are happy to set up margaritas and deliver some of Austin’s famous BBQ or TexMex so you don’t have to lift a finger if you wish. This property has it all, and you and your guests are sure to make the best memories at Luxury Ranch. All bedrooms are on one level as this property is only one story. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom with both a separate shower and soaking tub. There is a Queen bedroom with its own bathroom, a Full bedroom with its own bathroom and another King bedroom with its own bathroom. The last bedroom features two full beds, and it shares a bathroom with access to the hallway and outdoor area. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Music Room/Sleeping Room The home is pre-set for 9 guests, but will accommodate up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to 12 guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply. COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces. We deeply value our neighbors and thus final approval of any reservation only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence neighbor rights are respected.
