The Space ☆ Our home is professionally cleaned after each stay. ☆ Kitchen: This kitchen with modern appliances has plenty of space and an island with seating for a quick meal. ☆ Downstairs Area: Floor-length windows with wood accents and a fireplace make this space perfect for spending time with the people you care about. ☆ Master Suite: This spacious bedroom with a ceiling fan has a comfy king bed and several windows so you can let the sunshine in the morning. ☆ Master Bathroom: Right off the master suite, this bathroom sports dual sinks, a soothing rain shower, a TV, and a walk-in closet. ☆ Second Bedroom: Queen bed with ceiling fan, TV, and patio access. ☆ Outdoor Patio: opens up to a grill and backyard. ☆ Second Floor: on the loft floor, our home gym is equipped with a treadmill and other exercise equipment. ☆ Third Bedroom: This queen bed has a ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot Kemah nights. ☆ Fourth Bedroom: The perfect kids' room! This bedroom features two twin beds, storage, and a little ceiling fan. Other things to Note • Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please respect our neighbors. • We offer a discount for stays of 7 nights or more. • All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID to check-in.
