Drake Farms, Entire Guest Suite

Stunning mountain views looking into Rocky Mountain National Park. Stroll along the banks of the north fork of the big Thompson river as we have riverfront access. Rocky Mountain National park is only 5 miles to the west. Fishing on property and numerous wildlife often sighted. Estes Park 11 miles west. This Suite is attached to our resedence but has its own locking entrence. It has 1 large bedroom and adjoining living room with amenities. This suite also has its own private full bathroom. -The accomodation is attached to our resedence. It does have private entrence with deadbolt lock. There is a private locking bathroom with shower as well. There are is an electric skillet, propane grill, toaster oven and microwave. There is no sink but I will wash all dishes twice a day. We have approximately 4 acrres of property that includes 400 feet of river access. From the Storm Mountain bridge 400 feet to the east. Lower level suite and adjoining large room as well as bathroom are all allowed access. from there everything to river is allowed. Concrete pad in front of garage is all guest space. You can exit your room and go down to the river through pasture and use picnic area. I give my guests space but am available when needed MAKE SURE YOU USE AIRBNB MAPS ONLY!
