Located in ever popular, Palms at Seagrove, this condo is on the second floor (Building C - end unit) with an amazing view of the emerald green waters and sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The Palms at Seagrove is located gulf front (south side of 30A) and sits on a 25-foot bluff providing breathtaking views of the emerald green waters and sugar white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. As you walk into this gorgeous (newly remodeled) condo be prepared to be amazed by the water view! The condo décor does not disappoint either! This ocean front unit has one-bedroom, custom bunks and two full baths. Sleeps up to six guests. Queen in the master bedroom with ensuite, two twin bunks and a sleeper sofa. The living area is an open floor plan with the newly upgraded kitchen and a living/dining room. You will have two full bathrooms with tiled showers. Shore to Please is fully equipped with everything you need for a getaway with the family, equipped kitchen and the unit includes a washer and dryer. The Palms of Seagrove is centrally located in Seagrove right on 30A with easy and private beach access. Take walks along the beach, ride your bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping, or Seaside along the 18.5 miles of paved dedicated paths along 30A. If you choose, you can also relax at the community pool or just hang out on the deck to enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the sunset. The complex also has a private boardwalk where guests can hose off the salt water, sit on the benches and meet other guests or just stare out into the sea watching for dolphins or the amazing sunsets. The Palms are a favorite destination in the heart of Seagrove, just one mile from Seaside and other area activities along 30A. CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
