With four bedrooms and bathrooms, ample space to relax, and a prime location mere minutes from New Buffalo's shops, restaurants, and beaches, this is truly a perfect place for a family getaway. The first floor is almost entirely open, with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light spilling onto the beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen features all of the necessary amenities, as well as a wide variety of cooking accoutrements for the culinarily inclined. A dining table frames the room, leading out to a comfortable living area, an electric fireplace, and a spacious screened-in porch. At night, you'll have your choice of four bedrooms, including a sleek master suite with a king-size bed on the first floor. You'll find a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor, as well as a basement bungalow featuring a double bed and two sets of twin bunks. When you decide to venture out, you'll enjoy access to a seasonal community swimming pool that's a short walk around the corner, as well as a community lakefront cabana with restrooms, a kitchen, grills, and picnic tables for lakefront dining. Forest Beach Getaway is also within minutes of a wide variety of public parks, beaches, and trailed forests, ranging from the Memorial Park splash-pad playground to the breathtaking Warren Dunes State Park. Beyond outdoor fun, the home is close to both Michigan City and downtown New Buffalo, both burgeoning communities with new shops, eats, and sights popping up every day. Parking notes: There are two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. There are parking passes in the kitchen so please leave those on your dashboard while you are here and return them when you are done. These parking passes are only for the Forest Beach parking area.
