It's a 6-minute drive to Ludington State Park on the Lake Michigan shore with its beautiful beaches, lighthouse, hiking trails, paddle sport trails, and picnic & grill areas. You can also boat across Hamlin Lake to the state park, or to the sand dunes in the State Forest. It's an 8-minute drive to the city beach, and downtown Ludington with its shops, parks, museums, great ice cream & fudge, restaurants and bars with live music.
