Beautiful historic home in downtown Holbrook on the historic Route 66. Visiting the Petrified Forest? Road tripping on the Route 66? Just passing through? This modern yet comfortable bungalow is for you! Built in 1915, this home features 2 bedroom/1 bath, living room, formal dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen features a coffee bar with a deluxe espresso and latte maker. After you've made your coffee, enjoy taking in the sun in the Arizona sun room! Clean and modern yet comfortable and cozy! You have the entire house and yard all to yourself. Do not access the building in the back yard or go beyond the green chain link fence. We won't be there on the property but are easy to reach if you need something! Located directly on the historic Route 66 in downtown Holbrook. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. You can park in the driveway on the east side of the house or on the street. Whichever you prefer. The home is on one of the two main roads in Holbrook. There will be traffic noise. Also, the home is about 1 block from an active railroad, the very one this town was built around! The train horn will be heard through the town and is active 24/7. If train noise is too much to handle, this location might not be the best. We do provide noise machines and ear plugs for those that need them. The front yard does not have a fence or gate.
