INSIDE THE HOME Lakeside Landing: Enter the home to the right and you will find yourself in the tiled entryway. Down the hall is a half bath with a stackable washer and dryer, making it a convenient stop after a day spent across the street at the beach. Up the stairs and on the second floor you will enter a spacious living room, open to the dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find a butcher block floating island and top of the line appliances including a Sub-Zero extra wide refrigerator, dual-heat Viking oven, convection oven, and vented hood. All of this with a view of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Beach! A sliding glass door provides access to a balcony where you can enjoy people watching and lake views. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower complete the second floor. The third floor has twin bunk beds as well as access to a private rooftop deck where you are sure to take in a beautiful sunset or two. OUTSIDE There isn't a more convenient location when it comes to being close to downtown and the beach. Directly across the street is the Grand Haven State Beach, with access to the lighthouse and pier. A sidewalk directly in front of the home will take you on a short 1.5-mile walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking: The right side of the drive-in front of the garage allows for two vehicles.
