The main level offers a newly renovated kitchen with nearby powder room, dining area, living area, bonus room with single sleeper loveseat (great for a small child or teen) and fourth bedroom with double bed. The west facing fully enclosed three seasons porch often gives way to a continuous breeze while providing a shady place for morning coffee, afternoon board games and conversation, and a front row seat to beautiful Michigan sunsets.
