Getting Around: A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Kingsland, TX. Other Things to Note: -- HOUSE RULES -- - No smoking (including vaping) on the property. Violations of this rule will result in a $350 additional smoking damage cleaning fee and may result in termination of stay - No pets or animals allowed, any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $350 penalty. - No parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8am and are strictly enforced by the neighbors. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum. Breaking this rule can result in the termination of your stay with no refund. - The swimming pool: If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. The Pool Heating fee is $150 per day during the Summer season (May through October) and $250 in the Winter (October through May) season. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool. - Only tenants listed on Rental Agreement are permitted to sleep at the Property - Additional fees and taxes may apply - SAFETY NOTICE: Your safety matters.
