Florida Charm "River Front" Dogs OK. WIFI, Launch

Direct river front with a dock. (launch view) Fish, Golf or boat. One of 4 homes we have on 2.5 acres. Great views, warm comfortable space. Great "local favorite" breakfast place across the hwy as well as a "favorite" Tiki bar and seafood Resturant a block to the south. 15 minutes to the cruise port and beaches. Grocery and drug store within a mile as well as McDonalds, etc.. Boat launch less than a mile to the north. Lots of fishing in the river and near by waters. Lots of golf in the area. Grill out in the back yard. Have a picnic by the river. Sun bath on the dock. 55" TV in the living room as well as a TV in the master bedroom. Front load washer and dryer in large laundry room. Dine on the screened porch or play cards or just chill and watch the river traffic. Great "launch" view from the dock. Lots of launches this year! Theme parks are an hour to the west. The garage is for the owners storage and not available to guests. Entire downstairs. (There is a totally separate apartment upstairs over the garage, laundry and porch area. Nothing over downstairs living area. The only access to the up-stairs apt. is by the external stairs on the garage side.) Front and Back yard fenced areas. Unfenced back yard and dock are shared with our other three homes on the property. Local friends could have access to the dock for launches. The upstairs apartment is currently leased long term by Mark (an over the road long distance truck driver who is seldom home.) The garage is for the owner's storage and not available to guests. The master bedroom pictures show two twin beds. They are normally together to make a king. They are available either way. We live less than 10 minutes away if you need anything. Otherwise, you will not be bothered. With 4 homes on the property, you may see us "doing things" from time to time. We are friendly and like to interact when convenient. We have lived in the area for over 50 years. We were in our 30's when we moved to Florida from Kansas. (great decision)! This is a country setting minutes from population. There is a 60 unit condominium just one property to the north and several expensive river front homes adjacent on the south. A Baptist Church is just to the south. A Wednesday flea market is across the Highway if you like to browse. Guided fishing trips are near by as well as Air Boat rides (get up close to gators and other wildlife. Highway 1 provides easy access to the space center, Port Canaveral, the beaches, Cocoa Village and the Orlando Airport as well as all the Theme Parks. There is also a public bus route with stops nearby. Uber, etc. is always available. The new high speed rail between Cocoa and Orlando is under construction. The garage is for the owner's storage and not available to guests.
