Dear friends - Welcome to Beach Bird Cottage, situated on a quiet street with other vintage cottages in the heart of Union Pier. It is an easy 5-minute walk to an association beach. The cottage has many updates, including a new kitchen, a bathroom, washer/dryer, outdoor shower (to be installed by June 2021) and a wood-burning stove. The master and second bedroom each have queen-size beds with new Serta Concierge Suite Firm 12-inch mattresses. The children's bedroom has two new Dorel Living twin beds with Linenspa 8-inch hybrid mattresses. Enjoy an early swim before breakfast or have an evening beach picnic under the sunset. It is a short walk to other nearby public beaches, the weekend farmer's market or Union Pier's ice cream parlor. Take a trip to Warren Dunes or a quick drive to area antique shops, restaurants, wineries, galleries, parks, golf courses, etc. Or just stay nearby! Above two people we charge a $15-per-person-per-night extra guest fee. VRBO will automatically include this fee in your bill. If you will have extra guests staying for just a portion of your entire stay please let me know so I can (a) let our housekeeper know to leave extra towels, linen, etc. and (b) have VRBO send a custom extra guest fee covering the nights the extra guests will be staying.
