You'll have your own entrance into the cozy living room Living room has space for relaxing, a table for eating and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Please note the kitchenette is only a small space for food preparation with a microwave and coffee maker. No sink or stove top. Bedroom has a queen bed and closet for hanging clothes and storing items. Full bath! Parking on the street right in front of the path to your door Since the Space is separate from the main living, we may not cross paths. However, if you need anything, don't hesistate to message us! The neighborhood is very quiet and we are on a half acre, which allows ample space between us and the neighbors! Currently we have street parking. The neighborhood is quiet for a nice walk. Getting to the freeway is only a few minute drive! Netflix included in your room!
