Everything in this adorable 900sq foot, two bedroom cottage was replaced in 2019, including mattresses, couches, appliances and bathroom fixtures. Shared private access with swimming dock and boat mooring on Elk Lake is just across the street. Bring your gear to swim, fish, kayak and SUP. Rent a boat and explore the entire Chain of Lakes, including the famous Torch Lake. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, includes dishes and cookware. Main living area includes dining table, two new sofas and a flat panel TV with DVD player. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has two sets of perfectly arranged bunk beds to provide sleeping for four. You will need a car to get around the area or use the kayaks, rent SUPs or boats to explore the water! I am happy to meet, greet, and recommend any restaurants, rentals, happenings, and hotspots or simply leave you to your own adventure! You will be spending your lakeside vacation in the sweetest little village of Kewadin at the north end of beautiful Elk Lake! A short walk to Milton Township park with playground, beachfront and kayak launch on Elk Lake. Downtown Elk Rapids is a harbor town nestled between Elk Lake and Lake Michigan. This quaint downtown has something for everyone- plenty of restaurants, shopping, ice cream and candy stores, an historical movie theater and a public library located on an island. Head to Memorial Park, on Lake Michigan, to play tennis, pickleball, basketball or beach volleyball. Lake Michigan beach has well maintained bathrooms and picnic areas, and is the perfect place to play in the waves or watch the incredible sunsets. A car, boat, kayaks and SUPS are all recommended modes of transportation in order to fully take in all the area has to offer!
