Palm Beach International airport is 20 minutes away, Fort Lauderdale is 1 hour and Miami Airport 90 minutes. 15 minutes drive for sunfest in May. 7.5 miles or 15 minutes to the WPB convention Center.The newly renovated North Palm Beach Country Club has the best pool under the sun - Olympic size with lounge chairs for $8.50 per day and only 10 minutes away. Our newly remodeled kitchen offers a great place to entertain with a large counter and 4 stools, a passthru window to the new screened in porch, and an outside patio with a BBQ. The yard is fully fenced for your dog. The kitchen is fully stocked, has an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and keurig coffee maker. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms- a master with a queen bed and cable tv, and a second room with 2 twin beds. The living room has windows on 2 sides and a standing view of the boats in the background. Pelican House is tastefully decorated , fully equipped and ready for your enjoyment. We follow the recommended cleaning checklist to ensure a clean and safe environment.
