Welcome to Emerald Lake Escape. This 3 story lake house offers spectacular year-round views of Mountain Top Lake from 3 separate balconies/decks. The house is considered an "updside-down house," where the kitchen, dining, and living space are all on the 3rd floor, providing the best possible views of the lake. There is also a master bedroom with a bathroom on the 3rd floor. Every floor in the house has a full bathroom. The 2nd floor includes the Game room, with TV, pool table, dart board, and games. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor includes the main entryway, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED - $500 fine. The lake and dock: - Boating: Guests have access to a canoe and multiple kayaks. (Life vests included) - Fishing: Our house & dock are located on Mountain Top Lake (55 acre non-motor boat lake). Catch and release fishing is allowed, with the appropriate permits. Anyone over 15 will need a PA state fishing license and a fishing permit from the HOA, which we can provide. The lakes are stocked each year with bass. Many types of other fish are found in the lakes including pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish -Swimming: Swim at your own risk from the dock, there are rocks and plants on the bottom. DO NOT JUMP or DIVE from the dock into the lake, it is too shallow for such activities. There are also community beaches available with guest passes, see more below. The Community: Located in the Emerald Lake Estates Community. Guest passes can be purchased for access to community amenities like beaches, pool, community center. There are currently COVID restrictions in place and many amenities are closed until further notice. Please message me for updates or additional details. 1 day pass - $10 3 day pass - $15 7 day pass - $30 Kids under 6 are free If interested, please message mme to purchase guest passes prior to your rental. The 3 exterior exits to the house and lake/dock access are monitored by 4 surveillance cameras.
