This lovely 580 sq ft, one-bedroom apartment is situated on the fifth floor of the modern Union building. 10-foot ceilings, with a balcony and water views. Cozy Queen bedroom with a double pullout hide-a-bed in the living room. Full kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry facilities in the suite. Secured building parking is available, elevator, wheelchair accessible, in the best part of the city. Parking is included during the high season, May-Sept, after which time parking is $10.00 a day From Oct- April, during the offseason. Stays over 30 days subject to a $125.00 cleaning fee. PARKING: Parking in our underground parkade is limited to one vehicle, and there is a height restriction of 6'2" or 188 cm.  The vehicle is to be parked in space 59 only, which is on the lower level of the parkade, take the 2nd right on the lower level.  Parking on Pandora Avenue and our surrounding streets is on a paid/metered system.  Any illegally parked cars on the Union Building property are subject to being towed away; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner(s).
