The main luxury unit features 2 BRs separated by the living room which has a thermostat controlled gas fireplace and large smart TV with Wi-fi access. There is a large patio with gas grill and dining table for 6 people which overlooks the serene Elkhorn pond. A gourmet chef's kitchen with new appliances, wine/coffee station featuring a beverage cooler, filtered water outlets and rare Turbo Chef oven. The granite island counter seats 4 at barstools in addition to a cozy dining nook for four. There is a washer and dryer in hallway closet and heated tile and hardwood floors in the bathroom and kitchen. The Master bedroom is designed to support office work, the other bedroom gives more space for exercising or child play with a pull down queen Murphy bed. The back "lock off 2 BR unit" has a second master bedroom with queen bed and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed (the lower bed easily converts into 2 benches and table for children). There are two full bathrooms one at each end of the condo, which is nicely furnished with down comforters, quality sheet and towels and beautiful Sun Valley artwork. The back "lock off area" is equipped with a coffee station, microwave, sink, small refrigerator and some convenient appliances! This combined unit is perfect for 2 families and can easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. A storage room and garage are also available by special arrangement. A ski locker is located just outside the main door and there is plenty of room for bicycles on or near the patio.
