SAFE Dornoch Estates. Surrounded by nature’s beauty every day of the year. Pristine home backs to the 5th tee of the Delaware Golf Course, a scenic 18-hole Donald Ross course. Convenient location in Delaware County, approximately 8.5 miles to I-71, 10 miles to Polaris shopping, 12 miles to I-270, 5 miles to the City of Delaware shops and restaurants and easy access to Rt. 23. 2nd LR is in Lg. Basement w/ Lg TV/DVD, loveseat, comfy chair & TV Stand. 2nd BR-Fold-Out Couch. 3 Desk Settings Streets are broad and very pleasant to walk. 2 Living Rooms. #2 is in Basement, but is the most comfortable with a larger TV. My #1 LR has a delicate couch, which I try to not use. Folding TV carts to move between Living Rooms, Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a desk setting, and minor workout equipment. Front porch is covered and partially wraps. Setting can definitely be moved further back. Front covered porch and back patio view are very relaxing, with a great breeze. You can park in my driveway. Bedroom #2 has the fold out couch into a bed for 2. Golf Course Neighborhood. Airbnb is incorrectly providing info. The 3 bedrooms are PRIVATE FOR YOU, ALONG WITH YOUR PRIVATE BATH, JUST DOWN THE HALL. I have my own bedroom & bathroom. I've been trying to get them to correct. The DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM IS PRIVATE FOR YOU, AS WELL My concerns, please use a place mat on the glass table to dine. Next, please just squeegee or wipe down the tiles after a shower to preserve the structure. Please no smokers (not just in my house), but in general, because the scent does travel and surround you greatly. The basement has a little bar area that can be a 4th place to use as a desk (just please protect the glass). Sadly, I had a guest that had trouble closing the refrigerator or microwave door, left all the kitchen can lights on for 5 hrs before I discovered, had numerous spills on the floor, and a few other issues. I'm sorry, I just felt like I was watching over a child. It was just a poor example of use of common sense. I know nobody will ever have these issues. My expectations are just normal common sense.
