Kuker Carriage House was originally a barn that has been converted into apartments in the heart of the newly revitalized Florence downtown. This upstairs unit was just fully appointed and is ready for you to enjoy, whether for a short overnight stop or a longer extended stay. This space is bright and open with lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each, full bath, Wifi and TV, full kitchen and laundry. Just 4 miles from I95 and I20 This upstairs apartment features two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a full kitchen, laundry area, full bathroom, and den with Smart TV, workspace and eating area, and wifi. *Please note that this is an old building with upstairs/downstairs units. There may be times that you will be able to hear sounds from your neighbors downstairs. There are sound machines available if you choose. Also, please be respectful of your downstairs neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. For extended stays (longer than three nights) this apartment is not well suited for four adults. Our maximum is two adults and two children. We are available to be messaged through the AirBnB app. We live in town and are available. Downtown Florence has undergone, and is currently undergoing, a major revitalization. Many new restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the area seems to announce new opportunities for things to do weekly. The Carriage House is just 4 blocks from the Florence County Museum and The FMU Performing Arts Center, and all of the downtown attractions, including the City Farmers Market. Also you will be just one mile from McLeod Medical Center, 3.5 miles from MUSC Florence, and 3 miles from the airport. Because of all of this revitalization, getting around can be a little tricky. We are happy to assist in helping you navigate your way and will provide you with detailed directions upon booking the Carriage House. Please note that the Carriage House is located downtown and you will hear road noise and other city sounds.
