MISC INFO: There is a back unit, above the garage, that is off-limits at all times for guests renting the main house. The property owner and guests of owner will be accessing this back unit from time to time, without requiring notice to guests renting the main house, as it is a separate unit to the main house. NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
