From the INCLUDED dock on the property, go one direction to access Mullet Lake and the other direction to access Burt Lake! Also, there is a public boat launch conveniently located just a few blocks away. Enjoy the sandy bottom inland waterway lakes with over 10,000 acres of enjoyable boating, swimming, tubing, and fishing. Nearby lakes and rivers to swim, canoe, kayak or just sit by the shore and relax! Also near several state parks and beaches. Close to downtown Indian River, Cheboygan, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island for all kinds of different activities throughout all four seasons. Autumn brings the beautiful fall color change and hunting in the area. Winter brings skiing, sledding, ice skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing all within a short distance.
