My Happy Place! Beach and Lake living on 30A

This is a family friendly, spacious 3 level home with a garage located just a short walk to the beach. Just follow the paved path to West Allen Loop Public Beach Access. This beach access has an outdoor shower and ample bike and golf cart parking. In addition to a wagon for transport, we provided umbrellas and beach chairs for your convenience. 1st level- 1 spacious bedroom complete with 2 queen beds and full bath. 2nd level- Open concept living area, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and full bath. There is additional outdoor seating on the balcony adjacent to the living area. We provide extra linens for the 2 couches on this level. Please note that the couches are NOT sleeper sofas. However, they are comfortable and we do provide twin bed linens. (These linens are located in the basket underneath the coffee table.) 3rd level-2 bedrooms; master suite with walk-in shower, double vanity and private balcony with gulf and lake views. There is also an additional bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Steps from the pool and community fishing dock.
