Enjoy complementary WIFI while you stay as well. Daily, weekly, and monthly price points are available to guests whether you're vacationing or working locally! We are pet friendly, but charge a $200 per pet minimum fee. Maximum pets allowed; 2. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The window unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. 2 days before check in, instructions will be sent to you on how to check in. Those instructions will include the address, unit # and door code to enter. Upon check in you'll need to enter the door code to access the unit. Located right downtown Beulah, close to local bars, restaurants, groceries and more! Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
