Flaming Gorge Outdoor Fishing get away Sleeps 11

VACATION HOME Home is 5 minutes from Flaming Gorge Lake spacious yard with 2 decks that over look the valley and lake, large fire pit for relaxing night! This House offer up to 1 master bedroom with bathroom, 1 Large Bedroom with a queen and bunk bed, main floor bathroom (sleeps 5 adults’ ) plus has two hide a bed’s couches down stairs in the family room/ Bedroom (sleeps 4) with its own bathroom, sleep as many as 11 adults, fiber optic, remodel house with new appliance and plenty of parking. House has a large deck with BBQ for out door enjoyment and fire pit for family fun, Master bed room and Master Bathroom are only available for groups of 5 or more paying clients. Parking in from of house for up to 3 vehicle and room on the west side for boats and other vehicles as needed. I will be available by phone or text just let me know what I can do to help House is located in the little town of Manila Utah just minute away from Flaming Gorge, close to Green River and Vernal. Nearby is a small KOA and hardware store/ grocery store House has alot of stairs as it is 3 floors , upper bedroom and bathroom only open for reservation of more the 5 paying guest . Decks are high may not be safe kids , so please be aware of this before booking, shed and garage is not part of the rental house , Pets must be disclosed in reservation and be with adult and not left in house or property un-attended, pets need to be picked up after , Thank You
