Perfect for individuals in transition that need a space ready to go for a temporary time period. 9 min drive to PHL airport & Boeing 7 min drive to Taylor Hospital 12 min drive to Swarthmore College 9 min drive to Widener University 20 min drive or train ride to CHOP/UPENN & downtown Philly 5 min walk to Folcroft train station Guest must walk up 1 flight of steps to reach 2nd floor apartment. It is NO elevator. Guest must acknowledge that this is a residential apartment building and the entrance is shared with one other residential private apartment. Guest must acknowledge that they will smell smoke in the apartment building the private residents in the other apartments are smokers. It is common to smell smoke within the apartment and stairway. Furthermore this apartment is not recommended for anyone that can not tolerate the smell of smoke. Although other private residents smoke our apartment is non-smoking. Best to have a car or use Uber/Lyft to get around. Stores are a 10-15 minute walk away and only 3-5 minute drive away. Short walk (5 min or less) to Folcroft reginal rail station. The apartment is in an older building on a residential street in the suburbs outside of Philly.
