This cheerful home brings the fun Port St. Joe vibes with two floors of furnished wraparound balconies and beach views. You'll be able to rinse off sand from the beach in the outdoor shower and jump right into the private pool! Cook up dinner on the private gas grill or take it inside to the full kitchen (complete with full size appliances, a prep island, and cabinets in a classic beach grey). The lowest floor features a bathroom and a kitchenette for quick stops between beach visits (perfect for guests that have trouble with stairs). The private washer dryer will take care of the towels from the day, so all you have to do is decide which living room to relax in. Central air conditioning will help you cool off no matter which one you choose. Bedrooms are all spread out in this home, ideal for groups seeking privacy. From the lowest floor, climb the stairs and turn right to find the first bedroom. This room comes with three luggage rests, and is next door to the hallway's full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Directly across the hall, the second bedroom features a deck view and a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom is just off the living room space and features two windows with a neighborhood view. Upstairs (off the fabulously comfortable second living room), the fourth bedroom and main bedroom of the home lies just through the double doors. This spacious room features a multi-window view and a lovely en suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a standalone stone shower with a built-in bench. Younger guests will love relaxing on the top floor suite, with an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination for privacy. Each bedroom space includes at least one ceiling fan for customized comfort. What's nearby: It's just a short walk to the beach - Port St. Joe is known for its fishing and oysters, and there's plenty of charters around if you're bringing rods and reels! Scenic Mexico Beach is just over four miles away, and the secluded Windmark Public Beach access is just under two miles away. Stop by Cape San Blas Lighthouse (just under eight miles away) and take in the view from this lovingly preserved lighthouse.
