The residence features 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, private pool and hot tub. This home is prime for California living. The Main Level includes a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with necessary cookware to accommodate 12, serving utensils, bakeware and basic home supplies, 2 full bathrooms, family room/living space with access to the backyard patio, dining area and game room. There are 3 bedrooms located on the Main Floor. Two bedrooms have 1 Queen Bed each and share full bathrooms with the main living spaces. The final bedroom features 1 King Bed and an attached full bathroom. The Second Level can be accessed through the game room and features 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, a spacious walk-in closet, private balcony and an attached full bathroom. The backyard and poolside patio include an outdoor dining table, propane grill, corn hole boards, outdoor games, pool, hot tub, and many areas to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Please note that the pool is not heated, however, feel free to enjoy the hot tub! Our home's location only adds to its appeal. Parking is readily available, in our large driveway. Our home is the perfect location to get away, or stay in, with close proximity to the ocean and all of the fun San Diego has to offer. You will have access to the entire house, pool, hot tub, backyard and driveway! Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Bars, any and all needs are within a 10-15 minute drive from the neighborhood!
