The screened in patio and ping pong table will keep you entertained during those afternoon thunderstorms, or when the weather is nice you can enjoy the huge backyard fully-fenced with a 6-foot wood privacy fence, fire pit, and eating area. The 3-bed, 2-bath home is set on a large private lot in the heart of Lake Worth Beach. Two bedrooms share a large renovated bath, while the master bedroom has its own large and renovated en-suite bathroom. Your living room features comfortable and relaxing seating, with tv, high-speed internet, and Apple TV keeping the sports, entertainment, and gaming fanatics satisfied. The dining area and breakfast bar will seat your whole family, with a clean, modern, and fully-stocked kitchen providing everything you need to cook up a feast. Guests will be renting the entire home and have access to the whole property My wife (Ashley) and I (Mike) host this home, and we live less than a mile a way and will make ourselves available to any of your needs. Lake Worth is a very charming old Florida town with numerous restaurants, nightlife, and unique shopping to choose from. Downtown Lake Worth is all walkable, and often hosts food trucks, live music, art exhibits, and of course the world-famous street painting festival every spring. Just east of downtown is a bridge to the beach, which is at most a 5-minute drive or 15-minute bike from our home. Lake Worth Beach has more parking than any other beach I can think of in Palm Beach and also has its own dining options either on the pier (Benny's) or at the "casino" complex. Local favorites include Havana Restaurant (world-class Cuban food), Common Grounds Coffee (excellent coffee, cold brew, and food), CWS Bar & Kitchen (large draft beer selection, over 400 whiskeys and 200 tequilas), Tacos al Carbon (wallet friendly tacos, mouth-watering handmade guacamole), Harry's Banana Farm (the diviest of dive bars, juke box, pool table, and people watching within walking distance of the house), and everything downtown Lake Worth (Lake and Lucerne Avenues) has to offer. The home is perfectly located in the heart of Lake Worth Beach. Easy access just a few minutes from I-95 means you can get off the highway and into vacation mode as soon as possible. If you're not driving, many needs are walkable such as grocery (Publix), convenience store (7/11), pharmacy (Walgreens), and all that downtown Lake Worth Beach has to offer. Additionally, if you're headed to the beach, there is also bus service that will take you over the bridge and drop you off right in the sand!
