Enjoy this riverfront home, tucked away in private serenity, with the sounds of the river babbling by. We call this lovely home the "Riverfront Hideaway" for its private, yet perfectly situated spot on the Shenandoah River. This home is bursting with charm, with an abundance of outdoor space for relaxation, privacy, and FUN! With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the home has been completely UPDATED for comfort and relaxation. Minutes from Massanutten resort and multiple wineries! We do require $35/night per pet. Please note--we also require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed for all reservations. **We require a 3 night minimum for all weekend bookings!!** We DO NOT allow Early Check-ins and or Late Checkouts during the following time frames: May-December. It's what we consider our "Busy Season" and therefor cannot accommodate such request during that time of year. From January- April...if we can accommodate an early arrival or late check out, there is a $50 fee, for each. The Early Arrival time is 2pm and the Late Check out time is 12pm. We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am! Guest will have access to the entire home. The Riverfront Hideaway! This unique and charming home boasts an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings on main level. Lots of natural sunlight throughout the home with an abundance of windows to soak up the beauty of the river from inside. Sit inside at the kitchen bar and be able to watch the river ease by. Enjoy the sunroom off the living area with patio doors that access the flat backyard. The first bedroom with queen bed is on the main level, across from the full bath boasting a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, you'll find one full bed and one day bed (with two trundles). Don't miss the charming "overlook" window looking down on the open living and kitchen space (kids will love this!). In the recently updated kitchen, there is riverrock backsplash, farmhouse sink and faucet, new stainless steel appliances, and plentiful cabinetry with pots and pans, cookie sheets, coffeemaker, utensils, cups, mugs, and full stocked kitchen inventory. Spacious pantry closet off the kitchen to store your groceries. Conveniently off the living room is laundry area plus an extra refrigerator for additional storage! As you venture down the hall, you'll find the third bedroom with a queen over queen bunk. A small, but oh-so-cute room with views of the river from the window. Right off this bedroom is a third bathroom with tiled stand up shower. Down the hall from the laundry area and bathroom is the largest bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed plus a twin over twin trundle. The master has a private master bath with stand up shower and private access to the screen porch and hot tub. Our favorite spot in the house, a screened-In porch with vaulted ceilings, ideal for dining a-la-carte or sipping your coffee while enjoying the sounds of the river, along with the brand new hot tub and TV for hanging out! You can sit in the blazing hot jacuzzi tub and enjoy the sounds and views of the river babbling by. All of the beds boast luxurious mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. Venture in the backyard to find a river oasis, complete with firepit, propane grill, and a gorgeous river docks,thats right, DOCKS...TWO river docks to enjoy!! The magnificent river docks are complete with Adirondack chairs to sit and relax on "river time". The upper river dock has the outdoor table and chairs (seats 6) to eat while enjoying the beautiful mountain and river views! The lower dock is perfect for fishing! We also provide water equipment for guests to use and enjoy at no additional cost. Enjoy our kayaks and innertubes provided with your stay. *We also are pet friendly but there is a $35 per night, per pet fee! **Early Arrivals and Late Checkouts are a possibility. Please inquire about early check in or late check out no more than a week prior to arrival. A fee of $50 for early check in and late check out** Looking for a hike or bike? There are SO many options close by! We are located minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Massanutten Resort, both of which have numerous outdoor adventures available. In addition to the outdoor sports, we are located close to Luray Caverns and Luray Zoo, East Side Speedway, and Massanutten waterpark for an abundance of indoor and outdoor fun. These experiences include private meals prepared by our own chef, private massage services, daily housekeeping, grocery delivery service and NEW! local wine and beer tours!! We offer an exclusive private chef, with unique, local, and freshly prepared meals served family style in the comforts of your vacation home. He offers Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner options! Pricing starts at $22/pp including two entrees, two sides, and a salad! All the meal prep, cooking, and clean up is taken care of for you! To make your vacation as stress-free and relaxing as possible, we now offer grocery delivery and set up upon arrival. Groceries can be ordered ahead of time and then delivered and organized for you on the day of your arrival. No need to rush to get to the grocery store prior to arrival. Let us take on this hassle! We also have 30 and 60 minute private massage (Swedish, deep tissue, etc) and manicure/pedicure options; all in the comforts of your home. Both of these services can accommodate large groups! Wanting to get the most LOCAL and FUN Shenandoah Valley experience? Try one of our local wine and beers tours. All the local tours are masterfully created by the owners themselves to give their guests the ULTIMATE experience! Enjoy half or full day tours with a local driver and a planned itinerary!! All you have to do is show up! We also offer daily housekeeping services. The housekeepers will provide fresh towels, hand towels, washcloths, remove trash, sweep main level floor and wipe down counters, and freshen bathrooms. $50/day for housekeeping services, $140 for three days of housekeeping, weekly housekeeping special rate of $250. Experience an authentic Mennonite meal, featuring a locally prepared meal, all handmade and grown on a Mennonite’s farm. Travel is required for this experience.
