Bright 3 BR/2BA Private Hot Tub Mountain getaway

Beautiful family friendly home in a great location! BLM and National Forest Access right from the neighborhood. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub with beautiful views of castle peak! Great central location only 25 mins to both Beaver Creek and Glenwood Springs! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking needs! This house is warm and inviting and Family Friendly. Its open floor plan and large backyard makes it great for entertaining and hanging out with family and friends. You will find everything you could need when your traveling with your family, including a crib, high chair and even age appropriate toys and books! Guests a full and private access to the main house and the Hot tub. This home does have a basement lockoff unit that may have other guests in it during your stay. The lockoff unit has a completely seperate entrance and yard, the lockoff guests do not have access to the hot tub, or the main house. I am available by phone or text. We like our guests to have all the privacy they want and offer contactless check in. This is a great neighborhood! We love the access to to BLM and hiking trails right from the neighborhood . There are also 2 great parks in the neighborhood, which includes basketball courts, soccer fields, play structures and swings. If you dont have a car no problem! This home is right on the bus route, you can take the bus straight to the slopes to ski/hike, walk around the town and get to the grocery store. Costco is 2 minutes away making it quick and easy to stock up on grocery for your stay! We ask guests to park straight and to the left side in the driveway and not to block any other cars.
