It is listed as "Private with a View". It is rented independently as a one room with bath rental with its own separate entrance. It can be added into the large rental for an additional 50 per night and additional cleaning fee of 54 dollars. There is ample parking on the property. Due to the exceptional view you will experience the driveway can be challenging for low profile vehicles. There is additional parking located at the bottom part of the driveway. (refer to pictures) To enter home a key pad is offered. The code will be sent on day of arrival. I can be reached by cell phone. Occasionally, I will be in apartment in basement. 3 miles from Lake Chatuge and Historic Downtown Hayesville. A grocery store within 3 miles and a selection of restaurants.
