Giant deck with sofa, chairs, bench, table and two chairs, umbrella, grill, etc. Flat outdoor lounge area with a picnic table, great views, and cornhole boards. Man cave/ play space in the den of the lower level, with a pull-out couch, beer fridge, wooden bar, television, and additional bathroom. Open floor plan with bright, comfortable rooms. Lots of spaces to spread out and relax! You have the whole house! The owner lives off-premise. If you need anything, please communicate through AirBnB. When you arrive, you'll find toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, tea, and a few other key amenities. The neighborhood centers around Lake James, Marion Lake Club and Golf Course. The club has a restaurant/bar called 'Slices' that is a short stumble away. There are so many amazing hikes and mountain bike trails nearby. We're on the edge of the Linville Gorge! Fonta Flora has two brewery locations nearby, and both Morganton and Marion have great restaurants. You can easily walk down to the lake, and so many adventures are just a short drive away! House is just ten minutes off of I-40. It's 45 minutes from Asheville, and 90 minutes from Charlotte. We have a standup paddle board and fun toys and towels for the lake! We have lots of kids’ books, toys, and a baby gate! You can rent an awesome pontoon boat from the neighbors which comes with a tube. The boat is docked within walking distance! They also have a kayak for rent. LGBTQ+ friendly!
