Linens and towels provided, cable TV, central heat and air conditioning. Two parking spots available for cars or light SUV's, 5 min walk to University of Notre Dame. No parties, events or gatherings of any kind are allowed at this property, sorry no smoking or pets. The Space: Cozy Condo located across the street from the University of Notre Dame, comes with all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer, guests have full access to unit accept one locked closet for owner use. Notre Dame fans will love being close to all of the action, sports stadiums, local bars & eateries.
