This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. There is 1400 feet of room to relax and even more to explore in the neighborhood. A boaters haven that fisherman will love. This place is not on the water but there are several public access points within minutes. There is plenty of parking space for boats and trailers. There is marina across the street if you need a boat slip (additional fee). Contact the host if you're interested. This space is the entire upper floor of the majestic historic building. There is plenty of natural light and space to relax in. The original hardwood floors will welcome your tired feet after a long day of exploring the water front community. There is plenty of parking and you can easily pull your cars and boat trailers through without backing in. We can easily handle 2 boats and trailers at any time but if you think you may need extra space please contact us for help. As hosts, we are there if you have questions, special requests, or need suggestions for things to do. Peace and quite for relaxing may also be what you are looking for in this nice place to retreat. Family homes mixed with a fishing and boating community. The best things about this location: it is located at the north shore of Anchor Bay, a water wonderland of Lake St. Clair. Travel east for a scenic ride along the Saint Clair River and do some freighter watching. Travel west to the bustling small town of New Baltimore. Don't want to travel just go out the door for a wonderful local dinner and entertainment.
