The CHILLHOUSE has just been renovated, it is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large common area (living room, dining room and kitchen) and has 2 fabulous decks outside: one with pool, a large Tiki hut and a BBQ and the other is perfect for sun tanning! Whole Foods supermarket (organic food) and gym: LA Fitness is just 5 minutes from the house. The beach at Bal Harbor and Surfside is a 10 minutes drive.
