Welcome to our beautiful sweet countryside home on maple! Built in the 1920s, this charming two-story farmhouse is located in the heart of Jeffersonville. It’s conveniently a walking distance to a restaurant, a supermarket, and an local shops. For entertainment, there is the famous Bethel Wood performing Arts Center only 15 minutes away. The town of Callicoon is nearby and the Delaware River for all those nature lovers. Two hour trip from NYC for those looking for a quick getaway. Our sweet countryside home is so unique! The house includes: a first floor enclose porch, a large living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen area and a half bathroom. Second floor has two bedrooms. One queen-size bed.. and the other bedroom with three single beds. Also equipped with a full bath. We have 3 large beautiful sitting areas to enjoy company. A nice dining room infront of a fireplace. A kitchen with breakfast nook with a 1.5 bathroom and mud room attached. Mud room will give you access to the garbage cans located outside for trash disposal and access to parking spots. 2 bedrooms located upstairs with closets and vanity. a full bathroom with shower and tub. Wifi access Toys available for small children. Writing desk for any working needs. Multiple areas outside to relax. Fire pit located outside We are available by email or phone if you have any questions. The atmosphere in the neighborhood is small but friendly! Everyone is so nice and town has so much history and love in preserving all its history! The best thing about staying here is you do not need a car if your staying in town! Everything is walking distance. Other wise car needed to travel to other towns.
