The front patio offers alfresco dining and a comfortable seating area. The enclosed backyard has a new Weber BBQ and an additional relaxing seating area. The rooftop deck has reclining chairs for catching some sun and a hightop table to eat a meal or relax with friends with a glass of wine. If you want world-class shopping Fashion Island is a short 5- minute drive. Balboa Island is a short drive north and Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach are to the south.
