Comfortable get away in quiet neighborhood.

My house has 2 guest bedrooms plus a full bathroom in between. Those 3 rooms would be yours exclusively and the common areas are the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen.......plus the backyard and patio. I work long hours and enter through the garage only. Comfortable living area with big screen TV in the living room and den/second guest room, plus TVs in the guest room and kitchen. Den has a sofa sleeper, queen size. Host to turn down/prep the sofa sleeper each night......or leave as bed if preferred by guests. Front porch has a small seating area as does the back patio. Easy access from the main entrance, with parking in the driveway and on the street. Host is available by phone and texting and will enter/exit through the garage. Host can provide complimentary shuttle services as needed by guests. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. There are plenty of sidewalks for taking strolls plus speed bumps for deterring fast cars. House is located off a major state highway and is easily accessible. Guests will need their own vehicle but the host offers complimentary shuttle service to local restaurants and venues as needed. Full kitchen is available for cooking and dining.
