Enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The cozy 1250 sq ft. ranch style home has been updated including a bright new kitchen. Great location, Located about 20 minutes from Lake George, downtown Saratoga Springs, Moreau State Park, West Mountain Ski Area. POOL is open Memorial weekend thru mid Oct. HOT TUB available all year! This home is bright and cheery, you'll feel like you are really on vacation! Perfect for 2 or 3 couples, or a family. In the warm months the space feels large because the pool area/covered patio makes the living space huge! On cool nights,.the fire pit makes it so enjoyable! In the winter, the house is cozy, the woodstove room is the place to be! There is a smart tv in each bedroom and one of the livingrooms. full access to the whole house and laundry area in basement. Full access to the pool area and backyard. No access to the garage and my hair salon, which is located on the far side of the garage. There are no shared walls with the salon and the house. The garage is attached to the house. Pool shed you have access to someone will be available for any problems that may arise. sometimes , (about 3 days per week, tues, wed, thurs) I will be working in my hair salon which is located on the other end of the garage, away from the house. Separate entrance, and it is just me working there with only one client at a time. Also, there will be someone most mornings,.entering pool area for pool maintenance and plant care. This will be done thru the garage entrance to the pool,. around 9 or 10am. This person doesnt need to enter the home or interact with guests Quiet, safe, residential area. Located just outside of the village of Corinth. Small town that has all of the basics: small grocery store, Walgreens, convenience stores, liquor store, bank, couple of small restaurants. Saratoga and Lake George are about 20 min away. Adirondack mountains are just minutes away. Rafting, tubing, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, mountain biking all nearby. About 20 min from the race track and SPAC There is parking for 2 or 3 cars. It is also possible to use Uber or taxis, but I'd recommend having a car here. Please park on the left side of the driveway. I need to have access to the garage door on the right. It's fine to block the left side garage door. Plenty of room for 2 or 3 cars on that side Please note, pool is open and heated to approximately 80° Memorial Day weekend into mid October; however, beginning and end of the season weather can make this difficult. We use a solar cover to help keep the heat in the pool. Large Hot tub will be available all year!
