Just past the Quechee Club, this home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Driving up the driveway, the front of the home has an expansive deck with trees that offer privacy. The main level of the home has a large updated kitchen, dining room, living room, and king sized master bedroom ensuite with a stall shower and whirlpool bath. There is also a screened-in porch sun room accessible off from the main level too. The second story of the home has an additional sitting area and the two remaining bedrooms: a queen size bedroom, and the third bedroom with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with a shower/bath combo. All three bedrooms have a split ductless A/C unit. The lowest level of this home has an additional living room area complete with TV, a gas fireplace, and a twin size daybed with trundle for an additional 7& 8th person sleeping arrangement. A quick drive down to the Quechee Club or a up to the top of the Quechee Ski Hill, this home is perfect for exploring Quechee all year round. The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland), which in the winter are groomed for Nordic cross-country skiing trails.
