On lake, brand new hot tub, fire pit, boat dock!

A boating, fishing, hunters paradise, hikers and nature lovers paradise. We are located directly on Lake Barkley. Lake house is 4.5 miles from Lake Barkley State Park. --House is TWO levels --You are getting a private entrance to the entire basement level with two bedrooms with two queen size beds, a bathroom, a foyer and gorgeous view of the lake. --WE can accommodate up to 4 people but recommend 2 for better comfort. --We are also better suited for 1-7 day stays as We DO NOT have a full kitchen. Due to Covid19 there is an extra charge for over TWO guests to maintain the optimum in disinfecting and cleanliness. RECENTLY INSTALLED -Brand new large air purifier with HEPA filter that helps eliminate 99.97% airborne viruses, expensive but shows our commitment to you. Your safety matters!!!!! --BOAT GARAGE and BOAT DOCK on site! --We even have a 7 person BRAND NEW HOT TUB located on your level. For your comfort, two newly decorated bedrooms with brand new mattresses and fluffy bedding, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and large floor to ceiling windows in master bedroom. Rooms are gorgeous and spotless. Get away from it all and relax. --There is also a KAYAK and 4 person PADDLE BOAT-available March till Sept., for you to enjoy the lake with, or roast marshmallows on our FIRE PIT. --Pet friendly (pets have to de disclosed) -- We provide a small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, coffee creamer, coffee cups, silverware, toaster oven, microwave, washer and dryer, large utility sink and outside gas grill. --Owner lives in upper level to provide you with exceptional customer service and is very quiet. I respect your privacy but am glad to help if needed. My phone number is listed downstairs. --Please enjoy the entire back yard, the dock, the hot tub, the private entrance. I also try to leave all of my guests some kind of home made goody whether it’s homemade bread, muffins or wine. I believe in southern hospitality and I love hosting. --COVID19 is deadly, please take it seriously. If you have traveled overseas, live in a hot spot, been exposed to Covid19 or feel sick---stay home. --HOUSE RULES.--NO SNEAKING IN PETS-there is an extra charge for pets, NO LOUD MUSIC, NO DRUNKENESS, INTOXICATION or DRUG USE, NO SMOKING INSIDE, Hot tub rules are to be followed and are posted by hot tub, number of guests are to be disclosed upon booking-there is an extra charge for more than two guests. Failure to follow any of these rules will result with you being asked to leave the premises immediately and no refund will be given. These rules are to protect you, my property and everyone's safety.
