An Enchanting Retreat

POOL! Look no further, this is everything you need to have the perfect staycation right in the heart of Historic Downtown McKinney! We are walking distance to the Historic Downtown McKinney Square, within 5 miles of over 10+ event/wedding venues, about 30 mins from Dallas, and close to the beautiful northern suburbs of Dallas (Plano, Frisco, Allen, Anna). Four beautiful bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, all with private ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have 4k flat screen TV's with Netflix, Hulu, Hulu Live TV, and DVD Players. The first floor has two living rooms and a sun porch for hanging out and socializing. The home can sleep up to 10 guests: Bedroom 1 - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed & twin day bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - King Bed & twin bed The private salt water pool is in the back yard, among beautiful landscape! The deep southern back porch is great to hang out on and enjoy with family and friends. You have access to a mini fridge on the first floor that is stocked with assorted sodas and waters, an ice machine, and glass/plastic ware. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE KITCHEN. A served breakfast can be added to your reservation for an additional $25.00 per person, per morning. Breakfast will be prepared, served, and cleaned up by our team. You can add breakfast to none, one, some, or all mornings that you stay with us. Must be planned at least 24 hour to check-in with the owner. We do not allow parties. No additional guests are allowed on property. No children under the age of 12 years old. No pets.
