Columbia family house in the middle of it all

A two bedroom home located in Columbia. Driving distance to shopping (10 mins to Columbia mall), entertainment (10 mins to Symphony Woods and downtown), and two major cities (25 mins to Baltimore, 40 mins to Washington DC). The newly renovated home has a fully furnished master bedroom fitted with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a twin. There’s also an office area equipped with two connected office desks, external monitors, and chairs. There are two other workstations in the home. The home is connected to lakes, ponds, parks, and shopping areas by beautiful walking paths. Those same paths are bike-friendly and, if you request ahead of time, we can leave you a set of bikes to use during your stay! Inside the home itself, you’ll have run of everything except for a locked-off basement, and the home’s backyard. The basement is a separate living space that we often rent out. We will be off premise, but available via text, email, or phone. Family-friendly area within driving (or walking!) distance to everything great: *Wine bars *Gyms *Restaurants *Small town main streets (old Ellicott city) *Big cities (DC & Baltimore) *Local shopping (Columbia mall & Columbia downtown) *Nature (lake kitt, lake Wilde, centennial park) The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by trails that you can walk for hours to tennis courts, lakes, fishing spots, or other natural spaces. Columbia has 90+ miles of trails so there is lots to enjoy. Driving is necessary for most things, however, there are walking/biking paths to many important areas. Columbia has a public bus system as well as access to commenter bus services to take you to DC. The space is within a few minutes' drive to I-95 and MD-175/Rouse Pkwy.
