The Helicon Hideaway at Swayback

This quaint little cabin is nestled in the trees overlooking beautiful Smith Lake situated on 2.7 naturally wooded acres. You can sit on the porch and watch all the wildlife or take an adventure down to the new dock that includes a partiality shaded sun deck and one boat slip. The cabin has an abundance of windows allowing natural light to beam in making it feel open and airy. If you are a nature lover, this is the cabin for you! ⚓️🐿 🎣 Our 700 Sq. ft tiny cabin is full of character and coziness! The cabin has one bedroom with a-joined powder bath. There is also a loft bunk room with two twin beds. The living space and kitchen are all open with beautiful high ceilings and lots of windows. The bathroom is located off of the main living space. (no tub) You will immediately feel the sense of relaxation when you step thru the door! There are lots of steps to the brand new dock. ( No Lift but sea wall bumpers to secure your boat) There is year round Deep water. We will provide 3 adult life jackets and 3 children life jackets. There will also be 2 kayaks, one paddle board and a pedal boat for your enjoyment! The evening lends itself to grilling (gas grill provided) and sitting around the fire pit. If you love the feeling of tiny house living and spending time in nature, this is the place for you! It is advised to not take water toys across or in the middle of the lake.**** There is a boat launch located less then 1/2 mile from the cabin. The town of Arley is about 8 minutes away. *If you have a hard time with stairs, this cabin is not for you. * There is plenty of parking for your boat trailer. *No power/boat lift on the dock. There are sea wall bumpers to secure your boat. * There is a wooden trash bin at the road entrance. Please take all trash at the end of your stay or at any time needed to this bin. * There is no cable but there is WiFi and a Smart TV. * There is a boat ramp less then 1/2 mile away.
