*Master bedroom (Yellow Room) has a Queen bed and is located in the basement with a full bathroom and sitting area. For those guests not comfortable with stairs this might not be the option for you. The stairs are old and uneven making it difficult for someone who has problems maneuvering stairs. *Bedroom 2 (Sedona Room) has a Queen bed and is located towards the back of the cottage. *Bedroom 3 (Red Room) has a Queen bed and is located in the middle of the cottage across from the bathroom. *Bedroom 4 (Blue Room) has a Double bed and is located in the front of the house off of the living room. *Sedona is a 20 minute drive *Jerome is a 20 minute drive *Nearest Grocery store is 2.5 miles *Verde Canyon Railway is 2.8 miles *Backyard has gas bbq and gas fire pit *Note - Pet fee is $75/dog up to two maximum Cottage includes all linens, dishware, cookware, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig and basic toiletries. Some personal toiletries may be provided but are not guaranteed like body soap and shampoo/conditioner. We recommend bringing your own. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level which include 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level as well as a full size washer and dryer. High speed internet and Dish networks Cable TV is available. Backyard amenities include a BBQ and fire pit with chairs. All linens, dishware, cookware, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig and basic toiletries. Toiletries like body soap and shampoo, conditioner are not provided. Experience Cottonwood Start your morning with a stroll down the Jail Trail of the Verde River, followed by a cup of coffee at Red Rooster Cafe or La Crema and maybe a light breakfast. The afternoon offers a variety of opportunities to stay busy. You can go antiquing at the many shops around town, take a kayaking tour down the Verde River, enjoy a train ride through the Verde Valley via the old train stop from Clarkdale. You can start your wine tasting experience by walking to the many tasting rooms on Main street or take a short 15 minute drive to a few of the local wineries in Cornville. You can choose from Page Spring Cellars, Oak Creek Winery, Javelina Leap or DA Ranch, or all of them! For recommendations on a van shuttle or local massage therapists please ask when you book. After you've finished your afternoon make sure to save room for a great dinner at one of the local restaurants in old town. Finish the evening by listening to local music at the State Bar, the Main Stage or Cactus Kates. Most places will have music on the weekends. There is also a gas fire pit in the backyard for a nice evening of drinking wine by the fire. Don't forget historic Jerome is a quick drive up the mountain. And Sedona provides some great hiking and adventuring! This cottage features a new interior that is ready for your stay. Cleaning fee includes up to 6 guests. $10/guest per day above 6.
