My place is walking distance to all amenities including Palmer Park located along the scenic waterfront. This newly renovated basement apartment is sleek and modern complete with a separate keyless entrance at ground level. The space is ideal for 2 people. It has a beautiful open concept kitchen and living room with an indoor fireplace and flat screen T.V. The bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable queen-sized bed and 43” TV. There is unlimited wifi and each TV has Netflix. Please take care of my place as if its yours, I really appreciate it. Other things to note Breakfast is not included Tenants live on the main floor of the house. Please be mindful of noise.
